Seriously…

What is more adorable than the kinder celebrating German tradition in full costume?  It was very easy to appreciate the community feeling that this fun, family-friendly event created, for attendees who are beer connoisseurs, parents who brought their kids, of German descent, or locals just looking for a place to wear their liederhosen,  From the Sausage Toss event to the pickle eating contest, there was no shortage of fun and laughter for all who were present.

The 4th Annual Oktoberfest at Wicked Barley brought out the crowds. It was literally elbow to elbow, yet there was still a decent flow of traffic while walking through the event both in and outside. Old and young people celebrated by dressing the part or throwing back a pint with one hand, while holding a brat in the other. With over 20 beers on tap, and traditional German eats, this event is a must attend for 2020! In true Wicked Barley style, they brewed a Märzenbier, simply named Oktoberfest. It highlighted a traditional malty flavor from mid-palate to the back, and wrapped up with a clean dry finish.
