  • What’s Mandarin like for flooding risk? I’m worried about a lot of these neighborhoods given climate change.

  • Looking too come down to live for the New Year-Christmas if all possible. I will give you a call. I think Mandarin is for me.

  • Hello I really love the video. We are interested in moving near Jacksonville but we want a more rural community and are looking to purchase 3 to 4 acres of land. Is that something you could help us with? Please message me for my contact information if needed.

  • mandarin gotta be one of the best places to live in america. there are hardly any drawbacks, its safe, its clean, and pretty neighborhoods. i love it here

  • It would be nicer if you could show us in an actual map where these locations are exactly. Nice video!

  • I'm a owner operator truck driver, after living and dealing with snow in northern states I'm starting considering move to there. But how is the property prices vs salary rates. I don't mind to travel from home to the mayor trucking business areas. I'm seeking houses 250k thru 350k

  • Riverside/ Murray Hill does have flood issues and some parts of oak leaf was not drivable. Westside and Oceanway have a Lot of new subdivision popping up with great prices. And if you are a Vet like myself take advantage of the VA construction loan. You can get the land and a house build on it. I don’t like HOAs…

  • Oakleaf is really nice and most of the time decent prices. I grew up in Ortega and went to John Stockton but now live in Oakleaf. There is defiantly a difference between Ortega and Oakleaf. The Oakleaf town center needs more retail but we are definitely good on restraunts.

  • Used to live in Mandarin but moved in 2005 for work; now I'm retired and am thinking of returning to FL; winters in Ohio can be brutal.

  • Great info. Glad to have come across your channel. Look forward to possibly discussing my options if i end up moving to jacksonville soon.

  • I appreciate your honesty. Thank you for keeping it real. I have seen a few of your videos. I liked them all. Very helpful detailed info

  • I bought a house off Beauclerc Rd two years ago and love it. I'm in my mid 30s, single, gay and there are a lot of older people in the neighborhood and I don't care; I love it. Everyone is super friendly. It's very safe here and it's just nice to take a walk and look at all the beautiful, unique homes. Every year we also do luminarias in the neighborhood and it's beautiful. The commute to downtown is great. The houses are spacious, nice layouts, decent space between houses and lots of nice old tall trees. New developments simply don't have that scenery. You can definitely hear the planes flying over from NAS lol.
